4. CFO background to help with fundraising and advise on financial strategy to optimise resource allocation, manage budgets, and ensure financial sustainability.*
5. Technology Lead with proven engineering and technology expertise, in a fast-moving environment (e.g. Formula 1, yacht racing, prototype development etc.)
6. Knowledge of manufacturing low volume complex units using cutting edge technology
