The massive demand for new homes is covered in the Press everyday – and our client has developed an innovative and practical solution that also tackles the requirement for net zero carbon and zero bill homes.

Our client is spearheading a transformative movement in new build housing with the launch of their pioneering Ecosystem and Proptech Platform. These initiatives are designed to revolutionise the funding and construction of new homes and catalyse the Custom Self Build (CSB) market. Imagine if all new homes were Net Zero Carbon, Zero Bill and were 2050 ready. Now Imagine if it was as easy to build this home as buy one, that’s what they’re delivering, with an ecosystem that covers funding, design and build.

Custom Self Builds account for 20-50% of the new build market in European Countries but only 5% in the UK – our clients’ solution will drive CSB growth by simply making it easier than buying a poor quality ready built vanilla box from one of the major home builders.

For built sector players (SME’s and speculative house builders) their Ecosystem’s aim is to guide members to disrupt away from archaic practices and resistance to change. By providing a framework to innovate where it’s easiest; solve problems quickly; collaborate and be competitive, while immediately solving the mandated and unwanted 5% CSB allocation issue for speculative home builders.

Combined with their unique Proptech Platform, that speeds up deal flow, investment and operational efficiencies around development investment and home sales they’re determined to reposition the UK new build sector as a leader of the Green Economy.

They’ve got buy-in from industry leaders, government support, secured the land, locked in the verticals, and completed the proptech platform. Having secured revenues of over £2 million, they now need the final pieces of their NED team and to secure investment to launch the delivery team. In a complex market it’s really that simple.

They are looking for NEDs who passionately believe home buyers deserve easy access to homes that are sound investments, high quality, and planet positive, if you believe this too, then this is the opportunity for you.
